My name is Tamara Eristavi. I live in Orange County, California and I am a happiness expert: I help people create happier, brighter lives through mindfulness, lifestyle changes and communication.

Mindfulness and wholesome lifestyle are saving my life daily (I live with scoliosis and gluten intolerance). I was not always happy, healthy or fit, so I understand the struggle and that’s why I am very passionate about helping people improve their life and well-being.

Mission

To assist my clients in improving quality of their life, with a mind and a body that are strong, flexible, agile and able to take on challenges but also to enjoy fun activities life has to offer.

I continuously expand my knowledge base through
extensive research on a variety of subjects, such as mental/emotional wellness, psychology, longevity, nutrition, medicine, physical therapy and exercise.
I strive to bring to my clients the best of knowledge accumulated and hand-picked over many years of rigorous studies.

I have completed several life coaching courses with life coach trainingsome of the leaders in our industry, and an internship with a successful life coach.

Tools & method
Over three decades I have collected innumerable tools and techniques that help clear emotional blockages, reduce stress, release fear, create focus and empower. I employ holistic methods such as updating thinking patterns and (typically gradual) changes to life habits, nutrition, moderate supplementation (when necessary and uner medical supervision), meditation, visualizations to mention a few. Change has to be organic and natural, to avoid unnecessary stress and bounce back effect.

Approach  
I take in consideration my client as a complete mind-body-soul system because it is inconceivable to separate any one aspect of their life from everything else. Every facet is interconnected with others. We are contextual and relational beings, and it is important to detect and dissolve the underlying core issues that give rise to our problems.

Connection
In all my work I come from a place of deep respect and appreciation of every individual. My inclination is to nurture, although not necessarily treat my client with kid gloves. I find a common language with my clients easily, whether they require gentle encouragement and sweet-talk, or a “tough love” approach. Either way, I am genuinely concerned with my client’s well-being which creates more trust and understanding.

Stress reduction and relaxation
I am a certified meditation instructor with a 30 yr experience. To those interested, I offer a relaxing/centering guided meditation with or without visualizations. Meditation has been yielding outstanding results, and some of my clients find it helpful and empowering.
